◆Primarily responsible for the leadership, coordination and successful implementation of TA/TT related programs in support of business objectives initiated by Franchise & Marketing such as commercialization of new products, product upgrades, rollouts of existing products, and local implementations of projects initiated by Operations such as cost improvement, sourcing changes/consolidation.
◆Represent TA/TT organization in Japan office. Provide strong linkage between Japan and the regional TA/TT leaders and other country-based TA/TT groups. Actively participate in all country-based activities that require TA/TT support such as process improvement, efficiency improvement, etc.
◆Lead the site qualification and implementation of locally initiated CIP. Provides site support for the qualification and leadership in the site implementation of regional CIP initiatives. These include allocating the necessary TA/TT resources for those activities. …
