We are currently accepting applications for an Assistant Language Teacher position at elementary schools in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. Applicants should be native-level speakers of English, possess a university BA/BS (or equivalent), hold a valid work visa for Japan and be able to attend an interview in the Nagoya area.
Nabari City is less than an hour from Osaka and 90 minutes from Nagoya by express train. It is a population center for its area, meaning easy access to the necessities of daily life, but less hectic than urban centers.
As the schools are spread across the city, driving is required for this position. Applicants must provide proof of a valid international or Japanese driver’s license at the interview. A rental car is available for the successful ALT.
We offer a competitive remuneration package and support commuting costs. Applicants would find having Japanese ability to be advantageous.
