A new contract placement opening with one of our customers, a vendor supplying services to an investment bank in Tokyo. You will work as an Analyst Developer for the equity IT team providing clients with a high-level of service from both a functional and technological perspective. You will be required to deliver consistent, stable solutions for domestic equity reporting requirements and systems, as well as maintaining a development / testing environment and building tools to streamline internal processes.

 Hands on Unix/Linux skills and Shell/ scripting
 Knowledge and experience of RDMS (UDB preferable)
 Knowledge and experience of Tibco/RVRD
 Strong understanding of Cash Equities Front and/or Middle Office (APAC markets)
 Knowledge of Japan Equity Compliance processes and systems
 Excellent communication skills in English. …
