Aichi International School, in Nagoya, is looking for a certified music teacher. This position is available immediatly and the successful candidate should be able to start in September. Only applicants with a music education degree or music teaching qualifications will be considered for the position. Teachers with at least three years of experience teaching kindergarten and/or elementary level students is desired, although not a requirement.
The successful applicant must be open to new experiences and cultures, and have a genuine passion for educating young children. With the Chistmas Concert in December, we expect the music teacher to have a large role in helping to organize this event. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, although we do ask for some flexibility with regards to events such as Sports Day, Christmas Concert, etc.
A monthly salary of approximately 270,000 yen, and a 2 year completion bonus of 720,000 yen will be paid. In addition, a furnished apartment in an ideal location has been secured and all initial monies (commission/key money/etc) have been paid, with the employee needing to pay the monthly rent fee, should they need accommodation.
