Elementary Homeroom Teacher [Primary Level] in an English Immersion School
Position Begins: April 1, 2010
Katoh Gakuen is a private Japanese school (K-12) one hour south of Tokyo on the Pacific Coast. A teacher is needed to teach in our English Immersion Program. Teach English literacy and the Japanese math and science curriculum in English to Japanese students. This is a full-time elementary homeroom teaching post (not an ALT position).
Qualifications: Elementary teaching certification and at least 2 or more years of full-time teaching experience teaching as the Homeroom Teacher in an elementary school in your home country and a total of at least 5 years of teaching experience at the elementary level. Contract is two years and renewable. Location: Numazu-city, Shizuoka-prefecture, JAPAN.
