The company’s Business Practice division and Contract division uses a web-based custom workflow system to request sales decision, partner contracts, and some other legal matters for about 10 yrs. This development role is to remake this application, which is currently written in PL/SQL, using JSP and possibly Beehive library. Also, this role is to write a specification document. All deliverables must be written in English, and communication with a business analyst is conducted in English as well. Though, in a support phase, this developer role has to handle various user requirements in Japanese.

Qualification:
- 3+ years experience in application development
- Experience in Java, JSP, PL/SQL, Perl, and Oracle database
- Basic knowledge in Linux
- Evaluate user requirements for enhancements
- Basic knowledge in software development lifecycle
