Job Description:
You will be teaching English through various methods and activities in accordance with a basic curriculum, however, since we take care of wide range of students and a lot of fun activities such as games, songs and dances are involved, there should be a lot of flexibility in our curriculum to adjust a teaching style depending on each situation. Therefore, we , as a team, make an effort to develop better materials and curriculum.

Requirements:
1. Native Speaker
2. Energetic and enthusiastic
3. Must love working with children
4. Good understanding of cultural differences

Work Condition:
PT:
3~4.5hours/day, 2~3days/week
FT:
*actual working hrs: 7h per shift
5days with two days off. Sunday plus one more day. (not two consecutive days off.)
School opens between 10:00~21:00 on weekdays, 10:00~18:00 on Saturdays.
A teacher’s regular shift will be determined depending on regular lesson schedule.
-40hrs/5days a wk (Mon through Fri/Sat, Sun&National Holidays off)
Work Location:
Senri Chuo, Takatsuki, Tsukaguchi
Salary:
PT:3,000yen/lesson
800yen/hour of office work
Travel Expenses reimbursed
FT: 280,000yen with 4 year degree with full compensation for commuting expenses.
Trial Period:(FT)
250,000yen for the first month of the 1yr long contract.
Holidays:
(2 days/wk, Golden wk, Summer holidays, Winter holidays and 10 paid holidays)

Japanese Language Education Allowance
*We encourage teachers to have a better understanding of Japanese Language and culture by reimbursing partial tuition fees for Japanese Language School. Pass JPLT 3 and above adds additional allowance every month.
Bonus:(FT)
After completing contracts, your work is evaluated and given a bonus other than a monthly salary.
