Reporting to the VP, Services Asia Pacific, the primary role of the position is to oversee and manage the services business for the entire region of Japan and to support the sales and services teams in project management of customer requirements and budget.
Other responsibilities include :

・ Manage projects of current and new customers across multiple phases of the projects and to provide accurate information about business needs and priorities
・ Provide leadership to the project team in defining project resources, performance reviews and pre and post implementation evaluations
・ Oversee various aspects of the projects which may include research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit.
