Develops, delivers and conducts high performance combat aircraft specific instruction and support using current tactics and employment standards in the F-16 Mission Training Center Simulator to include:

- Mission Qualification; Conversion/Transition and/or Requalification; Instructor Pilot Upgrade; Flight Lead Upgrade, Mission Commander Upgrade.
- Utilizes Standard Instructional System Design processes throughout the production of all courseware and development of training media requirements.
- Defines specific combat aircrew instruction and operational philosophies; standardization processes; evaluation procedures; instructional techniques and methods with military customers to safely achieve contractual standards and pilot certification requirements.
