The Successful Applicant
Previous recruitment experience is NOT a pre-requisite; many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries into which they now recruit, adding real value to the recruitment process. Suitable candidates will have a track record of 2-8 years of professional experience in either corporate or highly entrepreneurial environments.
What you must bring is enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to making the most of your career.
In addition the ability to speak Japanese will be valued highly.
