Two shells and timer devices have been found near the US naval base in Japan in what local reports say may have been an attempted guerrilla attack.

A 36-year-old man became unconscious after falling from the outfield fence of Yokohama Stadium while watching a baseball game Thursday night, local police said.
The incident, which took place at around 8:40 p.m. at the ball park in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, left the man, Yasuhiko Goto from Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, in critical condition. (AP)
