Job Description:
You will be teaching English through various methods and activities in accordance with a basic curriculum, however, since we take care of kindergarten students and a lot of fun activities such as games, songs and dances are involved, there should be a lot of flexibility in our curriculum to adjust a teaching style depending on each situation.
Therefore, we, as a team, make an effort to develop better materials and curriculum.
Also we emphasize teamwork to build a better working environment.
Other than regular lessons, we plan a lot of fun events.
Ex: Day Camp, Halloween Party, etc., throughout the year.
Through these activities, we encourage kids to have cross-cultural experiences with long lasting fun memories.

Requirements:
1. Native Speaker

Work Condition:
40hours/5 working days per week (Mon through Fri/Sat, Sun and national holidays off).
Working Shift:9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00
Class types:bigger classes (25~40 students) in the morning/smaller classes(3~10 students) in the afternoon
Salary and Benefits package:
280,000yen with 4 year degree with full compensation for commuting expenses.
5,000yen for ELC sales allowance per month.
Trial Period:
250,000yen for the first month of the 1yr long contract.
Holidays:
2 days/wk, Golden wk, Summer holidays, Winter holidays and 10 paid holidays.

Japanese Language Education Allowance
*We encourage teachers to have a better understanding of Japanese Language and culture by reimbursing partial tuition fees for Japanese Language School. Pass JPLT 3 and above adds additional allowance every month.
Bonus:
After completing contracts, your work is evaluated and given a bonus other than a monthly salary.
