Rainbow Language House, a well established language school in Minami Uonuma-shi, Niigata is seeking a trained and experienced part-time English teacher who lives in the area. Must enjoy teaching; must be able to work with children and adults; must be comfortable working with a textbook and following course objectives as well as those of the school. Plenty of opportunity for teacher input, collaboration with other teachers/staff and creation of exercises and activities is given. Salary starts at 2,700yen/hour and can increase to 3,000yen/hour depending on experience and results. Transportation costs from the school to any teaching sites will be provided if traveling is necessary. Must be of native level English proficiency with a university degree. Prior teaching experience within the field as well as TEFL, CELTA or TESOL certification is highly desirable.
