As part of the Supply Chain Team the Returns Coordinator is a key position in ensuring that Unipart KK is able to provide the high level of service our clients expect; with responsibility for, both the programmatic and administrative aspects of the return process from return entry through to credit claim and follow up improvements the Returns Coordinator role involves -
Internal and External Communications
Register Quality Complaints and Claims
Manage Claims Request Process
Co-ordinate the Evaluation of Returned Product
Administer Scrapping and Shipment of Returned Product
Create and Maintain KPI Reports
