Business Communication Skills Trainer / Consultant starting March 2010.
Applicants should possess a BA/BS (or equivalent), be a native speaker of English, resident in Japan (Tokyo area), and hold a valid work visa for Japan. We assist with renewing working visa upon successful full time employment.
Responsibilities: Conduct business communication skill seminars using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
Organize and develop training manuals and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews and/or consultation with managers, instructors or client representatives.
